terms & policies
RESERVE THE DATE
To reserve your wedding date, a 30% deposit and a signed contract are required. Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis, and cannot be held or temporarily reserved without the required deposit
PAYMENT
The remaining balance may be settled on or before the day of the event.

Cashless payment are preferred. For bank transfers, payment is preferred at least three (3) days before the event to allow sufficient time for processing.
EARLY CALL FEE
A ₱3,000 early call fee applies to appointments starting before 6:00 AM.
HOTEL STAY REQUIREMENT
For very early appointments or locations requiring significant travel, an overnight hotel stay may be required to ensure the team can arrive on time.
CEREMONY TOUCH-UPS
Ceremony touch-up fee of ₱8,000 include touch-ups at the ceremony venue before you walk down the aisle, as well as before and during the post-nuptial shoot.
RECEPTION TOUCH-UPS
Should you wish for the team to stay throughout the reception to maintain your hair and makeup, an additional touch-up fee will apply. Extended touch-up services are subject to team availability and should be arranged in advance.
GUEST TRIALS
Trials for guests and mothers may only be scheduled on the same day as the bridal trial. Brides may book additional trials as desired, with each trial charged at the regular rate.
SERVICE CHANGES
Changes to the number of services cannot be made within one month of the wedding date. Additional services may be accommodated only if artists are available.
PARKING
Parking fees will be added to the final bill. A reserved parking space is required for home services. If parking is unavailable, you may opt for round-trip Grab transportation at the client’s expense.
destination weddings
TRAVEL EXPENSES & TRANSPORTATION
The client is responsible for round-trip airfare, local transportation, meals, visa fees, and travel taxes, if applicable. Flights should be scheduled to allow the team to arrive at the destination one day before the wedding.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotel accommodations are required for the full duration of the trip. For convenience, accommodations should be at the same hotel as the bride or within close proximity.
DESTINATION FEE
The destination fee covers three travel days:
• Arrival day (one day before the wedding)
• Wedding day
• Departure day (the following day)
Additional travel days are charged at ₱10,000 per day.
